The most precious and popular fruit of the love we have for this beautiful land can only be the Chianti Classico. Our wonderful wine, famous all over the world has been an icon of goodness and beauty that has brought wealth and popularity to the inhabitants of these wonderful hills for centuries.

What is Chianti?
Chianti is a fairly narrow geographical area (like all the great wineries in the world) and is made up of 9 municipalities where the cultivation of wine with certain standards entitles itself to consortium and take the name of Chianti Classico.The towns are Barberino Val d'Elsa, Greve in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Catelnuovo Berardenga, Castellina in Chianti, Poggibonsi, Radda in Chianti, San Casciano Val di Pesa, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa.

What is the Chianti Classico Expo?
Every year this magnificent product is celebrated with an expo held in the end of summer in the beautiful town of Greve in Chianti, and it is an opportunity for wine producers and consumers to meet, deepen their knowledge of Chianti Classico, get to know new companies that exhibit at the fair, and why not, taste good wine and have fun together!
Expo is obviously an occasion to encounter and knowledge the world of Chianti and its territory, an area the goes beyond wine and embraces the surroundings, with the possibility of excursions and guided tours, art with the exhibition of ancient and modern pieces of art in the various exhibition spaces of the town, music with concerts of classical and modern music and dj sets, local craftsmanship with the outdoor market, culture with the presentation of books and thematic meetings as well as obviously the possibility of tasting Wines and local products.

When is the expo?
You can come to Greve to visit it from 7th to 10th September 2017. Corte di Valle will be present and ready to welcome you and let you taste our wonderful wines and products!
