Breakfast Restaurant in Chiantiis served each morning in our dining room. This is also where we organise lunches and dinners as well as cookery classes for our guests.

The breakfast at Corte di Valle is continental-style enriched with a choice of fresh and genuine local products.

Many of our guests who prefer savoury breakfasts appreciate the addition of sliced meats and cheeses to the breakfast table, alongside the traditional Chianti fare of Tuscan bread and homemade cake.

Every morning you will find a varied buffet to choose from then you just need to decide whether to eat inside or outside in the garden.

We can prepare lunches or dinners upon request for groups of 10-12 people upwards. The dining room can hold up to 50 people and during the fine season there are more places outside.

We propose dishes belonging to the tradition of Tuscan home cooking. Our own home produce is used in the preparation of meals, as well as other genuine local and Tuscan produce, all of the highest quality.

We love to eat well and for this reason we want our guests’ enogastronomic experience at our table to be one to remember. Together with our guests we plan the menu around their tastes and our specialities such as our saffron based dishes.
